Bistro la Muse is an excellent place to try a local cuisine carefully prepared: the guinea fowl supreme from the Volières de Baie-Saint-Paul, the rack of kid from la Ferme Caprivoix, or the sweetbreads flambéed with ice cider from Cidrerie et Vergers Pedneault.
The table d’hôte is offered at 42$* and includes a starter, an appetizer, a main course, a dessert and a coffee, tea or herbal tea.

B – Breakfast
For a nice breakfast in Baie-Saint-Paul, don’t miss the benedicts with smoked salmon from Fumoir Saint-Antoine, or our homemade waffles with syrup from Jardins du Centre.
Breakfast is served during the week from 7 am to 11:30 am, and until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

C – Lunch
